Hi, I got on here to see if I can get some help with DTC PO402. Excessive EGR flow. EGR valve tests good. All vacuum lines look good. Replaced the VSV, still getting the code. Only 2 things left to test, EGR temp. sensor and the vacuum modulator. Question? Where is the EGR temp. sensor? Also how do you test the modulator? Im getting tired of running drive cycles. My scanner has the troubleshooter to test the temp. sensor, but not a component locator. The truck warmes up and runs great. Im not getting vacuum to the EGR at idle. applying vacuum to the valve does exactly what its supposed to do, idles rough. Any help would be appreciated.
