new to TW. 1st thread.

I do the majority of my driving in the city. Wondering IF that's why I get 13.2 MPG's.

 

Yes, especially if alot of red lights. I get the same going to work and back. Only 2.8 miles to work. If I get on roads where there is a little less stop and go then it goes up. Highway see's a drastic improvement.

 

@Sam B thanks. I was thinking I was the only person not getting 22-25 mpg

 

I saw a slight increase after I put the Bakflip F1 on. Took the wife to the doctor and got 23.8 for the trip.

Check the air pressure in your tires. That can make a big difference! Welcome!

 

welcome! Just a heads up, your going to get a lot of buttheads here saying, you bought a truck and your worried about mpg? Pay no attention to them.

13 for strictly in town driving in probably about avg for the Tacoma.
