    Hi All,

This is my first real post in this forum, but i thought i would start strong by giving some pics (and maybe some insight) about the Relentless bumper i bought. In early December, a doe was nice enough to give me a reflex test, and i almost passed, but it cracked my front bumper. I decided that instead of just going factory, i would buy something a little better and also a bit more fun!

So, I read, searched, and decided to go with Relentless Fabrication. I liked their products and they were given high marks, which i can now say theyve earned. I started with steel, then went aluminum, then went aluminum DIY. I decided to go with a DIY kit for a few reasons, most notably the time and secondarily, the money. The third reason was to be able to change it a bit if i wanted to (i did).

Let me say that the young woman i talked to on the phone was very courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. After picking a bumper, then changing my mind and then changing it again, i was able to select the Summit style without fog lights, in aluminum. (I also purchased the DIY rock slider kit, which i will post about in another thread once they are finished up.) With the bill paid, i had only to wait. The website gave a time frame of 4 weeks or so, and i expected more like 8 with xmas right around the corner. But, i was mistaken! A mere 3 weeks later, a package showed up at my door, and after some quick blade work, i had unwrapped my toys.

I put them aside and went to the task of finding someone who could weld aluminum. I intended to weld the sliders myself, but i do not have the time, skill, equipment to even attempt aluminum.

Enter - Leland Oakley! With his help i was able to get my bumper beautifully welded together the way i wanted it, and he had it finished in under 24 hours! So, without further ado, here are some pics of progress and the final result sans the final paint job. I should mention that i am using the rustoleum bed liner spray, and so it looks like its a bit streaked but that is mostly because i am only on the first coat as of this writing. Hopefully i will have installed pics before this weekend if the blizzard isnt too terrible. Sorry for the photo order, i suck at computers. With that said, enjoy!

Also, if anyone is in the Delaware Area, or the Delmarva area and would like to get in touch with Leland, please PM me and i can pass along his info.
