Has anyone on this site installed a Console Vault in a 2015 Tacoma? I purchased one and the install went fine until I went to put the supplied replacement screws in. I tried everything and could not get them in. I finally put the shorter factory screws in as a temporary fix but they are really not long enough to secure it well. Has Anyone had a similar issue? Thank you in advance.

No problems with install on my 2015. Went smoothly. Good thing as I am mechanically challenged. Great mod.

Mine went without a hitch, as well. Swapped it over from my 2010.

I have a 2015 and was only able to get 1 screw in. Never bothered to try for the second. That must be what the rattle is. lol

I tried one last thing after comparing the Factory screws to the screws supplied with the Console Vault. The Factory screws are very slightly rounded at the tip. The supplied screws were squared off at the tip as if they were cut off. I filed the edges of the supplied screws slightly and got them to thread. This is probably why some installations had no issues and some have had issues putting the screws in. If anyone buys one, you may want to try the screws before putting the vault in as it is a very tight fit. Overall it seems like a well made product.
