I got the Diamondback SE it's all aluminum diamond plate with sprayed coating on it. you can put 400 lbs on top of it and everything in the bed is dry as a bone, it has freezer quality gaskets on it. this thing is a vault! plus it looks awesome. delivered for just under $1600.

Check out the forum for hood vibration and you will read a ton of information about this. Might want to look at your hood. The hood skin separates at the glue to the skeleton of the hood.

First off I'd like to thank Tacoma world and all it's members. I've learned a lot and spent too much time here. Here is a list mods/accessories I've added so far.

OEM Bed Mat - Short Bed: Part#: PT580-35050-SB
OEM Cast Aluminum Running Boards: Part#: PT767-35160
    OEM Mudguards: Part#: PT345-35170
    Husky Weatherbeater Mats: Part#: 13951 & 14951
AMP bed extender: Part#: 74811-01A (Black)

The OEM boards are in my opinion worth it ($630+shipping). The 6 mounting brackets feel sturdy and the boards are one solid piece. The textured surface gives very good traction.

I choose the AMP bed extender over the OEM. I like how it looks and more square off.

Future mod: Attach the front rail (which I rip off my 2006) to the OEM tonneau cover and 2 Rockymounts Locking Clutch.

Probably gonna get s*]% for this but I derped the grille today. Left the outer trim and center piece chrome. Would've painted it but AZ is rough on paint the dip holds up better to chipping.
