Cut exhuast?

If i cut my exhaust where exactly do i do i cut it ? and how good does is sound? I have the 4.0 v6

 

You cant just cut it before it connects into one pipe and goes into the muffler?

 

Well what mufflers sound the best and how easy are they to install ?

Gibson piping and exhaust tip, Magnaflow muffler, and Vibrant resonator





Good low rumble without the droning sound at highway speed and without the restrictions either. 2.5" piping throughout

 

So what sounds better dual exhuast or a new muffler?

 

Can you do a sound clip please. Been considering a resonator in front of my Flowmaster.

 

No sound clip but I can assure you with the Magnaflow muffler it is close to stock at freeway speeds and low throaty rumble around town. Flowmaster muffler has always sounded like a boat motor to me so I can't say the Vibrant resonator will sound as good on it as the Magnaflow.

 

I have the 50 series delta flow and it sounds nice and throaty but its a little much on the hiway. Think ill give the resonator a try. Thanks buddy!
