Am I missing something here? Why is a member's location not required info when setting up your profile? I keep reading posts like, "we got six inches of snow here" or "it's 98 degrees here right now" by members who don't list their location in thier profile. It makes the post kind of irrelivent no? It would be nice to at least know what country or even what state your in.

I think 95%+ on here are canada or US only. i know we have a hand full of guys from other places. also some guys just don’t really want to post that info on a public forum where just anyone and their mother can see it possibly track them down for any reason at all. Likely hood of anyone tracking someone down is slim to none though.

I suspect because a great many members are 13 years old, don't own a Tacoma or live in their moms basement.

Wow, I deserve that!:crapstorm: Maybe you just uncovered one possible answer to my question. I could swear I put that in my profile when I set up my account, never realized it wasn't showing up. Edit!

All I'm saying is that if your going to share something in a post along the lines of weather, outdoor activities, hunting, fishing exc. Location adds relevance. "It's 95 and sunny today, caught this nice shark". "OK, are you in south Florida or Alaska?"
