    Sub_Par the Lake Effect snow in Buffalo is beyond the comprehension of Southerners. The winter conditions you laugh at devistate folks south of of the Mason Dixon line.

    I think your confused and are just trying to justify the small amount of snow this storm has produced. I am trying to figure out why this is such a big deal, it's really not that much snow and it will be cleaned up easily in a day.
