Rear diff fluid and tranny fluid.

3" OME/Bilstein, Retrofits, Custom Bed rack/Toolbox, Amsoil Everything, tons of others.

What are the intervals in which I should flush and refill these? Truck has 131,xxx on her and I don't know if the pious owner has ever done these.

The attached recommends replacing/changing the subject lubricants at 30K mile intervals. Depending usage and the lubricants chosen, you MAY be able to extend that interval.

Given your truck's "131,xxx" mileage and unknown usage/service history, I recommend flushing/refilling both.

Softopper, Kenwood Stereo, Xtant amp, Boston acoustic Sub and speakers. Spray on Bedliner.

I've changed mine every 30k. Remember to change the Front and rear diff fluid along with the transfer case fluid.

In my automatic transmission I have if flushed and filled every 50k or so.
