    I hate to 'brake' it to you but one of three things are going on (IMO as they say).

    A. Your front brakes are doing all of the braking and would indicate that your brake shoes are glazed into glass and/or not properly adjusted

    B. The friction material on the rear shoes are living and they continue to reproduce

    C. You roll to a stop on each trip or have a parachute or an anchor that you deploy
