What's the difference between 3D LEDs and 4D LEDs?

Here's a 5D bar on eBay. Check the pictures out. They give a pretty good description of the difference in optics between 3D, 4D and 5D.

 

And check out this thread. There's a good video I just posted on page 4 too. Showing all the (most common) different led types as well as different optics, along with good output comparisons.

3D LEDs only operate in the three dimensions we are most familiar with. Whereas 4D LEDs operate in the 4th dimension as well and can even cause your truck to go forward or backwards in time if you drive faster than 88 miles per hour.
