I'm looking to buy a tonneau cover and decided on these 3... Bak flip G2 ,undercover flex and the extang 2.0 trifold. I would like some feedback on these covers pros and cons. Which one you guys prefer.

Would like to know the answer to this question too. Been reading up on bakflip and undercover flex. Flex supposedly took the design off of bakflip and modified some things. Was leaning towards undercover but not so sure

I bought the extang. My brother in law has the bakflip on his GM and his wife's Honda.

The extang gets points in my book for completely going away when you don't want it in something of a hurry. I also like that I don't lose any depth in my bed as it really sucks when you go to put something in under the tonneau and it won't fit because it is .25" too tall...

The bakflip is nice to be able to fold up out of the way without having to remove anything but it isn't completely gone (there is still the rails down the sides and it protrudes a bit into the bed cab side) and it blocks your rear window. It does get points for being quicker to open and close as the latch is something you can do from either side with one hand rather than needing to visit both sides and screw around with the pull latch things on the extang.

I was able to get my extang to seal well enough that I haven't had any water in the bed during rain and got just a few drips on the cab side when going though the car wash. There are gaps at the ends of the front bed rail from the factory unless you got the taco tonneau. Extang ships you some foam blocks with the cover, even after you install them there are still some very small holes that admitted water in the car wash.

I also paid less for the extang than I expected to pay for the bakflip but ymmv on that one.

while I am satisfied with my purchase and would do the same thing again if I had to do it over I don't think you could go wrong with either the bak or the extang. I have no experience with the flex.

No need that's a nice cover but I like the undercover and backflips low profile
