I'm struggling to decide between wants and needs. I have Bilstein 5100's and Toytec/Eibach springs and I'm thinking of just installing the struts on the bottom clip and leaving the rear at the stock height for 1.6"/0" lift. I can afford 265/70/17 tires on the stock TRD Sport wheels.

Anybody have pictures of that setup (or anything around 1.5" front and 0" rear) with 265/70/17 tires on stock TRD Sport wheels?

I wanted 16" aftermarket wheels and 265/75/16 tires but I don't think I can justify the added cost of new wheels at this point.

This is a bit higher than you are thinking , more like 2 1/2" but its 265/70/17 Hankook MTs on TRD Sport alloys

Is that your current setup? What's your reasoning for staying with the stock wheels? Also, are those stock mudflaps?

I decided to save the money and stick with the factory wheels. I haven't installed the new suspension parts yet but I had the 265/70/17 Duratracs installed yesterday.

I'm blown away by the winter traction of these tires. :woot:

Billies/Eibachs set at 0, LR UCAs, and no rear lift. 265/75/16 Cooper AT3s. I know they aren't 17s, but close to wheel/tire combo you have and same suspension set up you are aiming for.
