Can anyone tell me what clutch I need for my truck? What way I can differ whether one kit is for a 5 speed and one is for a 6 speed. The width of plate? I don't know, please help me out. Thank you.

Aisin CKT-057 is the one you want. Don't go for the LUK branded one they're crap. Just did the swap last month and went well. If you plan on doing it yourself, make sure you get a fresh set of (8) flywheel bolts as they are yield to torque. Tranny jack made a world of difference too.

Yep I've got the 6speed 4.0. I think it's like $310 on Amazon. Comes with the whole kit though.

All of the 4.0 manuals are the same 6 speed gearbox. 4x4 doesn't make a difference on what clutch it uses. If you have the 2.7 5 speed, obviously it will be a different clutch. Just be wary of the brand clutch you or the dealer puts in. They will either put the Japanese made Aisin like the one I listed, or the POS Mexican made LUK brand. There are countless threads explaining how they often fail after 10-20k.

would you personally buy any other items? throw out bearing or flywheel when doing clutch replacement?

Clutch kit comes with everything you need. Like I said before, definitely get 8 fresh flywheel bolts and torque them properly. While its apart, take the flywheel down to a local clutch place and have it resurfaced. Cost me $15 and they did it on the spot. Took 2 people and a transmission jack to get the thing out of there, and the front driveshaft makes things interesting, but totally doable. There's a good video tutorial on YouTube of a guy doing it on an X-runner that helped a lot.
