    Hello from NC!

I've just traded my 2015 I4 dbl cab SR5 Prerunner for a 2013 access cab SR5 V6 4X4 right before the snow/ice storm hit this weekend....all I can say is wow. The acceleration difference between the 4 and 6 was amazing (which is the real reason why I traded). The 4X4 I thought would be a 'nice to have', but after this storm I wouldn't have it any other way! We do not get many snow falls in the year, but it sure was nice to be able to get out and about....figured it was like owning a generator..you don't realize how bad you miss it until you need it. :).

Welcome from East TN! I have always said we don’t get many snow falls and when we do it’s usually gone by mid day but 4wd is soo d*** nice when we do get snow. also i drive to buffalo NY in the winter some to see family and it’s really nice then as well.

If you got a good AT tire you can go thru 12”+ without much trouble.

Thats awesome! I’m in the knoxville area sevier county has some nice places! Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg are complete tourist traps though and can be a pain in the ass to get around when rod run or another big car show is in town. From the exit i can usually get to Gatlinburg in like 20 min with little traffic. if one of the car shows or something is in town it can take 3 or 4 hours. Get to know the back roads if you ever move to the area.
