    Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
    Ive searched the site but, everything that comes up is for 2nd gen. I got a truck from a dealer without the key fobs. Could someone post a pic of an original 2003 key fob. Anyone have a recommendation where to get replacements besides the dealer? Thanks.

    Just some help with using the search option...in the search drop down there is a button "more" click that then scroll down and you can select to just search threads in the 1st gen forums and nothing else. Sorry don't have any info for your key fob questions though.

    Not all 1st Gens were equipped with keyless entry / an alarm. Are you sure your truck is?

    If so, there are LOTS of them listed on eBay, and some here in the 1st Gen Tacoma Marketplace (1995-2004). (Believe you're looking for one that includes part/spec #BAB237131-056.)
