I am going to install some Mictuning switches in the console under HVAC controls. Current switches are not back lit. I know I could tie in to the ATRAC wiring but it is on a very short harness. I would like to find a wire to the near fuse box that is on the dash back lighting circuit.

You can also splice into the led for the shifter light.

Its a green wire located inside the center console by the shifter. Green wire is 12v and green with white dashed line is ground.

To get to it you pull up on the center console around the shifter and then there's 4 clips that hold the black plastic piece on the shifter. The black piece has the P, R, N, D, etc. when you get that piece removed there's an LED under there and you can access the wires. I used a quick splice and tapped in there.
