Hella 100/80 bulbs will I have problems?

    So I tried searching these bulbs but didn't get much?
    Sorry if this is a redundant question.
    So anyway I had some issues and had to replace headlamp Assy's. Got sppc sport lights they leaked after 4 months. Ordered another set different maker they have dot markings but getting light down the road not so good they are too black. I've done different bulbs (should have gotten different Assy's) and the hella 100/80 watt halogen clear bulbs work for putting light out. I've done the ceramic plug/pigtail. The rest is stock, am I looking for problems?

    Ive had good luck with oem take offs here in the sale section and running zxt or silverstars.

    The zxe bulbs were good and are close to stock wattage 60/55. Wagner night defense were about the same with a different color, these are what I was running with stock and the sppc lights they worked well. But my new set of lights they don't do much. I like the look and the hella 100/80 watt bulbs make them pretty comparable to the light output stock had.
    Guess my concern would be stock wiring and relay with the higher wattage bulbs. I've already added the ceramic pigtail so to not melt the stock one.
    I'm thinking there has to be a few members here who have had bad/good experiences with them already.

    I also wonder if the bulb diffuser can handle the heat? Hows your fire insurance?

    Check out my ultimate headlight upgrade thread in my sig. You can run an aftermarket harness to support them However, if your lights are crap you will get crap in and crap out. You should run the highest quality reflectors available, which is why I only opt for OEM. I swapped mine out for the OEM TRD pro smoked lights.

    Also, I'd suggest the bulbs in my thread as well, as they have superior low beam output and only marginally less high beam output:

    Actually just checking that those are candlepower 100/80s which are rebranded from another bulb. But still something to consider.

    I did,
    I ordered a 100 watt booster harness.
    It comes with relays and the ceramic pigtails.
    It came from Amazon, octane lighting was the seller. It fit right I followed existing light harness all plug and play except having to ground each light separately. So far so good for a 25$ harness. My hella bulbs are made in Korea, orsam bulbs are made in Germany.
    I had a hella 100/80 bulb that the retainer came off right out of the box
