Weird rear vibration

08 speedway blue TRD sport

Supercharged, completely upgraded sound system, DVD players, camper shell, police scanner

Sometimes When I'm going about 30 mph I can feel a vibration from my right rear tire. I did put it in 4wd when it was snowing and i dont have a rear locker but i took it out of 4wd... Anyone have this issue?
