2015 tacoma access cab

Hello there.Does anyone know if you can buy a tail gate assist product for my tacoma 2015 Dee -Zee does not make one.Very hard to find .They seem to make them for everything else.
can anyone help.
Want to stop the dropping of tail gate on opening.
