Drivers seat has a spring with im guessing a Manufacturing defect. TRD Sport.

There is a spring that is poking into the seat fabric near the center console. It doesnt touch me. I am pretty sure it was made that way and didnt happen within the past 9k miles. I will get the dealer to replace the seat at the 10k service. All my other seats are fine.

You mean you will ask the dealer to replace the seat at your 10K service? Good luck a dealer is just not going to give you a new seat without some type of fight, or just because you said so.

They will inspect it. If they agree something isn't right they will open an order or add a line to a repair order and order the parts to fix. They dont fight people of there is an obvious issue and it's covered under warranty. If they aren't paying for it what do they care? Keeps their techs busy and it's more money for them

Agreed as I stated he will ask them to replace it not get them to replace it. I guess it's all in the wording, and around here the Dealer is an ass hat even if it is warranty work. Which is why I go out of my town for all work if needed.

I had the same problem with my 2015 Tacoma and the dealer refused to replace it. All they do is the sent it to a local upholstery shop and repair the defect. The seat is never same after repair.

you will have to take it to the dealer so they can visibly inspect then they will open a ticket and order whatever it takes to fix the issue. might as well go sooner that later and get the process started.
