I would think a good exhaust fabricator could route it wherever you want, maybe exit to the sides just behind the rear wheels with no interference from the spare.

I do not have pictures, but yes it is possible. I had duals on my 13 sport with my spare tire in its location. I took it to a muffler shop and they did have to fabricate the lines slightly and add additional muffler mounts as the factory mounts will not work. Any decent muffler shop would be able to do this.

I have since went to 33" tires, duals no longer bueno. I had to dump them right after axles to fit full size spare in this location. Hope this helps.

Edit- i had the flowmaster side duals

@TinyTech626 has a dual set up. And I think a spare in the stock location.

True story, I am running Flow Master American Thunder Duel exit with MBRP Black Finish tips, with the spare in the stock location on an 05. Gives it a nice growl too.

Little hard to see, but they are there. IMG_0016.jpg

Careful you don't want a true dual exhaust or you'll lose some low end torque. Go with cat back dual.

I am fairly certain this is the one I went with, it is a cat back dual, however it doesn't fit a standard cab...(sorry I can't pull my invoice with the actual part number, I'm sitting in a class right now)
