    Hello,

I need to replace the front struts on a 2010 Camry and was recommended the full replacement kit from Monroe. Does anyone have any experience with Monroe? Seem like quality parts? The Camry just passed 100k miles and I'd like to take it past 200k miles.

Any other brands that you recommend? I called Toyota to get a quote and their parts and it was a joke, over $700 for just one strut, mount, and spring.

    Thank you!

I used KYB on my wifes corolla and they were not as stiff as they should have been. Still sagged in the rear when loaded but they worked and were cheap.

Monroe and KYB are the two major aftermarket brands for shocks and struts. Might not last 100,000 miles like OEM, but they are good enough at their price point. Better brands like Koni, Bilstein, and Tokico do not offer struts for the 2010 Camry.
