Well I recently purchased an '11 Tacoma long-bed, however, I don't like the small wheels/tires on it. It has 15s and not sure why, but I'm ready to change them out as the truck sits too low. I don't have experience with this type thing, so wondering if anyone can tell me if I can go to like a 17" rim and whether or not that will require a lift kit. I've heard I can expect my gas mileage to decrease some - I currently get 22 mpg (4 cyl). Any ideas or thoughts? thanks

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Welcome to TW! I think I heard some Ford 5 lug rims fit but I could be wrong.

You'll be fine. I don't know if your running a stock tire on there, a 245? You can probably jump up to a 17 inch rim and go to a 265 without any issues. 265 is an inch bigger. I wouldn't go bigger on a 4 cylinder.

    5 lugs? 6 lugs? 2WD? 4WD?
