I've got the sickness as well. I'm 37 and there is no telling how many cars I have owned. I last a year at the most. But I also drive about 35k miles a year which means I am in my truck a lot more than most people.

My last truck I bought new in 1993 and sold it in 2012...

I squeezed all the goodness out of that one.

Of course I did only own my Matrix for 8 years.

New 88 Mitsudodge Ram-50 until 2005 Tacoma that I'll likely have for another 10+ years.

What does wife look like? Maybe that might be a negotiations point... :crapstorm:

J/K op, don't hit on your friend's wife! Although it sounds to me she is already trying to screw you! (Just in another way, and without a kiss!!!) :D:D

Steer clear. Tell her $30 k or no sale, Gen 2 Tacos are the most valuable thing on earth! :amen:

A new vehicle almost every year since '03. That's a big stack of Haynes manuals.

To avoid all of the hassle, I think I'm just going to keep the truck. The truck has been so useful for me when I go on a bike camping trip. This way I don't have to waste more money on a diesel truck.
