Late start for me too, getting dressed and running to the store real quick.

 

Leaving Lowes now. Had to grab more cut off wheels.

 

Had a great time today everyone and look forward to getting together again soon. Was fun seeing the enthusiasm that @Sacrifice put into getting his fenders cut and his chopping his cab mounts.

I imagine all will agree that we have dismounting and mounting the bumper on @HIYota's down to a science. Bet we had it off at least four times.

I'll upload pictures a bit later.

@ChandlerDOOM thanks for helping mock everything up and showing what needed done. Definitely wouldnt have quite figured it out otherwise.

@HIYota glad you were able to get the winch installed and bumper painted even though i didnt help, ha.

Heres the rest of the pictures, didn't take much but @Sacrifice is basically ready for 35s, just some flare trimming left but that can wait till tires. Got @HIYota Winch installed and if anyone is looking for a winch the Comeup is pretty nice, we even found out it has an alarm for overheating and battery voltage drop which was pretty slick. Me and palehorse just helped but it was a good time for sure!

 

Looks fun! I will have to come next time. Spent the day working on Devils car. Damn volvos.

Are you all registered in Kansas or do you just not run front plates and hope no one notices?

 

Hmm didn't realize none of us have a front plate, mine lives under the floormat Ive never had a front plate

 

I'm military and my truck is registered in Hawaii. Since I've put the bumper on just over 3 years ago no cop has questioned me about a front plate. Though I haven't had much run ins with them either.

 

Im from ks, so no front required

 

Apologies for the delay in posting pictures. As you guys remember, I had to throw everyone out so I could keep my dinner promise to my wife. We went to her friends house for dinner and got food poisoning. F.M.L.

I really did have fun meeting everyone and it was great helping others achieve some project goals. Totally down to make it a regular thing if you guys want, I'll get the shop in a better organized state and get more of my tools moved over.
