I have a set of retrofitted headlights with projectors in them and when I drive down a rough road or hit bumps in the road my projector shakes but I only noticed this when my headlights are on the light beam shakes, has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks!

Well, depends on how much of a wobble effect you're experiencing. I too noticed the same thing when I did my retro. If the reflector popped loose, you'd know it for sure. Alignment and everything would be off. Loose adjustment ring could be it. Bulb not seated properly. I was thinking it was just the nature of the bulb. Was wondering if it's possible if the hid arc could wobble a little, making the light pattern flicker a tiny bit. That's what it seemed like anyways. I asked before if that was possible years ago and never got a straight answer. I would kinda "bang" on your headlight lightly and see if the whole reflector assembly inside wobbles. My reflectors actually popped off on both of mine as I drove down a nasty dirt road twice a day. It's definitely noticeable. Shakes all over the place on bumps now. But before it was just a tiny flicker effect in the light pattern..

Could be maybe the projectors are not seated tight enough, or maybe they popped loose after being used for a long time. Ive never experienced this problem on my builds so I'm really not sure.
Like they mentioned above, try checking the bulb, making sure that is not loose and maybe check the locking nut on the back of the projector
