Back in November we did some testing of our new bumper, sliders and suspension on our Gen3 TRD. This is a frame grab off a RED camera of the Tacoma going through a set of triples. Our driver Dennis in this run got all 4 off the ground a few times.

Note: the bumper in the photo is the proto, the production one is a bit differernt and can be seen on our website http://www.metaltech4x4.com/

Guess that is what happens hitting those bumps doing 60+ . Truck landed fine, not all that much in the air but enough. Suspension is a Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro's with full Ironman 4x4 leaf packs in the back, Total Chaos UCA's up front.

In the video he put it in the air times in a row. Never realized it until we slowed it down and saw the air under the tires. Truck had I think 2300 miles on it by this point 300 or so by us. We got it with about 2000 miles on it from Toyota. This was the West Coast dealer training/media TRD Off Road truck Toyota used for the events they hosted before the release, they then hooked us up with it as a"used truck". I don't think they did any 90mph high speed passes on a sweeping turn with 4" talcum powder dirt. It's "used" now. Too much fun out in the desert with it. It tracks so well at speed with that combination of suspension and wheel base.

We stock about $40k of ICON in all Toyota. (we are a 100% Toyota only shop) If its not in stock it's probably already ordered for stock and about to be on a pallet from Riverside CA. ICON always ships from us for free, no sales tax and if one asks we provide a free spanner wrench for the coilovers. See your in Seattle, we are just outside of Portland if you wanted to swing by the shop. We have another run of Tacoma bumpers about to go on the welding tables, next week I think. Either way our Gen3 is here to check out in person too.

I can vouch for Mark (owner of Metal Tech 4x4). Solid guy, always willing to help out and answer questions. Solved a mild issue on my 4Runner and went out of his way to ensure it was taken care of in a timely manner, properly. Can't say enough good things!

    Hi helocat
After looking at the Metaltech website how come no Ironman products?
Thanks for any info as the Ironman products were on my shortlist for my '16.
