OK guys before you bite my head off on this one, I've searched but couldn't find anything on this.

So truck has 118,000 miles on it right now. Picked up a pretty bad drive line vibration at high way speeds about 2 weeks ago. I know its not from the front since there is 0 play or shake in the steering wheel. But you feel it a bit in the floor boards and in the seat. Also have the ECGS front diff bushing in due to previous front end vibes.

So this weekend I replaced the 3 U-Joints in the rear shaft and the carrier bearing. Topped off all the fluids in the diffs and T-case, checked anything that could be loose and re-torqued everything... Still getting a vibration 60+mph.
Truck has the Dakar Leaf packs in the rear (Approx 85,000 miles on them right now). And the overloads are starting to get a "frown face" to them and leaf pack looks to have a wave to it now. At low speeds get sort of a "pop" noise when turning, appears to be coming from the rear as well, but noticed today my front Uniballs are getting a little squeaky to.

So I am going to get the tires re-balanced tomorrow, checked for roundness, and rotated to see if that helps.

I know lot of info in here and lot of possibilities for things to go wrong. But just looking for any insight or where to go if things won't help. Maybe new leaf pack in order as well? Or leaf spring bushings shot?
    Thanks guys

Might look at that as well. How much did it cost you to go that route?

$600 but totally worth it. I have been driving around with that vibration for too long. I blew out 2 hangar bearings.

OK thanks for the heads up. I'll see what Tom Woody wants for one. Getting the tires checked this afternoon, hoping its either just a balance issue or they are out of round

So found out the rear tires were out of balance. And the right rear has a bad wear to it. So it has an angle going from the inside to the outside of the tire. About 20k on these right now so gonna run them till tax return season and slap on some new all terrains
