    I took a look at the light. The light housing is hitting both the top and bottom of the opening. Adding washers does not appear like it's going to help. I do plan on removing the light soon because one of the nuts I installed is starting to rust. I'm actually thinking of doing some grinding to the housing.

    Yeah it is a very tight fit! Mine rests against the scoop on the corners of the light also. The only other option would be to sand down the light housing a bit like you mentioned or i would have to re-design the kit to fit a 6" light instead of 10". At this point i have not received any other responses from customers having the same issue, so i will stick with the 10" light for now.

    I will be getting a 16 in the shop in a couple weeks, but it is not a Sport model. It may be quite a while before i can find someone willing to let me modify the scoop on their 16!

    Yes, it seems so. The light beam is very low in front of the truck when driving.

    is the light adjusted all the way to the bottom of the holes on the bracket? also what can be done is to un-bolt the bracket and put a washer in between the bracket and hood at each bolt location. This will space the bracket down a touch and should give the light a bit more room to rotate up in the front.
