2008 Tacoma trd sport double cab long bed

i just recently picked up a snugtop super sport camper shell. I installed it but I get water leaks and it also doesn't sit flush with the cab on one side. Tried aligning it a couple of times. If someone has one could you take pictures of your shell where the tailgate closes and of the front? Thank you
