I like it! Have you thought about painting the bull bar and emblems black?

Did some minor aesthetic and comfort modifications to the truck this weekend. Wrapped all the handles in the vehicle with paracord, this provides a better grip and looks better than the stock hand holds. Along with this got a phone mount and changed out the stock shifter for something a little cooler. Used an aluminum rod, drilled and tapped it for the correct thread size and then drilled out the top for the plastic handlebar insert. 20160202_111509.jpg 20160202_111529.jpg 20160202_111639.jpg

How much lift did you net upfront? 1.5'"ish?

With my filter right behind the grill I don't think I'll be crossing any deep water.

DYI quick release bike rack for the bed. I think it was $24 for the two quick release mounts/brackets from Amazon and like $5 in hardware from Home Depot.

Finally completed the AVH4100NEX install. I've been enjoying the radio for about 3 weeks now but the way the installer ran my CarPlay cable was bugging me, it was tucked between the passenger seat and console. I bought an OEM USB port and a 6" USB cable and made an adapter to use it with the head unit. Looks great, works flawlessly and looks OEM as it should.

How do you like the sound? I had one on mine, but took it right off. Way too loud for my taste.

Yes best I could tell, I gained about .75 over what I had with the stock coils and the 5100's set at the .85 notch. Also I think the new coils have a better ride than the stock OR coils.

No more mud flaps! One less black part because I don't like storm poopers and I was tired of them scraping on everything.
