I'm wanting to install a Wolo 336 jukebox electronic horn in my 97 tacoma.

    5. RED WIRE, is connected to the fuse-block or a under dash wire that has power (+) 12 volts only when the ignition is on.

Whats a dash wire that has power only when the ignition is on that I could connect the red wire to? Or what is the fuse block and how could i connect it to that?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

You can probably splice into the wire that feeds your cigarette lighter. I used that signal as an amp turn-on in a past vehicle. If it's not obvious from the connections on the back, then use a volt meter to verify which wire has 12V.
