sky jacker add a leaf 3, Bilstein Yellow shocks", Front Bilstein yellow shocks, AC Delco coils, 2 inch spacer. 2 Inch wheel spacers.Internal Frame coating. External frame coating. Soda blasted engine.
Hello. Your taco doesnt have many miles at all. my 2000 has over 300,000 miles on it and its still running really good. You have a lot of options for suspension lifts. I myself went the cheaper way since im a poor college student :)
I went with an add a leaf on the back that suppose to give me 3 inches of lift (2 realistictly). and a 3 inch block under the leafs. totall 5 inches in rear. Be warned that the add a leaf is definetly going to make the ride a lot firmer. PLUS with these add ons I had to buy new shocks AGAIN. i bought some bilsteins 85$ each for the rear and after the 3 inch block lift they didnt fit anymore. Used them for about 200 miles. I also needed an extended brake line to compensate for the lift since the old one didnt stretch out that far.

For the front I went for new coils and bilstein shocks plus a 2 inch spacer on top. It was hell to put the coils and shocks together with the spacers myself. With this said the rear end is 2 inches higher than the front and I like it that way since I have a tool box and work construction so I usually load it up and it will be even insted of bottoming out. any questions just ask. Cheers

New Tacoma owner. Waiting to get my cap and set up my rig for dog training equipment and dogs. Last new car I bought was a 1984 Toyota Longbed Pickup.

It looks like I have a lot of reading to do.

Couldn't tell ya for that size. I just know about 285s because that's what I went to after lifting, so I did a ton of research before hand to make sure things would work out. I suggest you do the same! There's probably at least a hundred people on here running 275s. Just search a bunch, and if you're still unsure, start up a thread! good luck!
