I have a 1998 Tacoma. I'm going to install a mirror-mount backup camera and run the wire from it down the passenger side interior door trim (the part that starts out at the right side of the dash and goes up the edge of the windshield and then toward the back of the cab about 18 inches). I took off the grab bar but I don't know how the trim is installed. If somebody could help me by telling me where and in which direction to pry it loose I would really appreciate it. Anyone??

Thanks for the link you sent me. I followed all the listed links regarding the A-pillar and apparently all I have to do is pry off the A-pillar trim. Unfortunately I cannot get my big fingers between the edges of the trim and the door frame. Guess I'll wait until the weather warms up to above 60 and then give it a go (it's about 20F here now).
