If I'm understanding your post, you're looking for a codeable Pop n Lock tailgate latch. Uses factory camera mounting and you can use your factory ignition key.

I have a factory back up camera but it looks like all the Pop and Locks you have to replace the whole thing with the camera...

I saw thows but would loose the rear back up camera mounted where the key hole is how do I get around that?
