Check the headlamp relay under the hood fuse panel, it must be stuck.

alright guys , here is the update , on my thing so i recently did upgrade to retrofitted d2s with morimoto set up , so one day after i start it up the headlight turned on with switching on and wont die , i checked out the relay from the fused box maybe faulty and removed , lights still on ... but when i -pulled the connection to the controller relay ( morimoto ) cuts oof the power to headlights, so im confused , so basically did a lot of research and one guy said and having same issue that morimoto bypass all relays and have own relay duie to the fact that left and right ballast in grounded to the body and the morimoto controller is hook striaght up the battery , turns out that it was the morimoto controller relay itself,.. so for those who might have issue on it its the controller relay , bought mine @ ama$on for 40 ...
