Just got a 05 Tacoma access cab 4wd. Got a great deal, TRD sport fully loaded for 7k only 125k miles 4.0 motor.

But I hate its stance, it sits stink bug. What is best for level?
1.5" 2.0" 2.5" or 3.0" kits? Pics of each? Thanks in advance

That's a steal for 7k. Welcome to TW. People usually don't like leveling kits on here, they usually just slap on Bilstein 5100s on their and do a slight suspension lift. Another suggestion is maybe a camper shell? That would put a bit of more weight in the back to level it out.

Bilstein 5100s and 2" AAL for the rear. It will level/lift. 5100s are adjustable from .85 to 2.5 so you can put it wherever you like it most. I'm running mine at 2.5 and love it.

Here's an old before/after so you get an idea. If you put a tape measure to it, it's actually a little front high but its level to the eye. You will also probably need a "lean" spacer for the drivers side strut.
