    Hey guys,

I'm having a hard time finding the right cat back exhaust system for my 2004 2.7l xtra cab. I contacted Dynomax and they said they don't offer a setup for my truck, but I see plenty of people that have at least a dynomax muffler installed. I'm not looking for Dynomax explicitly, just an example of my confusion. I don't care so much for the loudest, baddest setup, just thought I would get a slight upgrade from stock (no headers or upgrades to any of the rest of the exhaust).

I don't want to spend $500, maybe ~$200-250-ish. And hopefully order all of the parts to replace from the cats to the back without having to buy individual pieces to put together a system that I hope adds up to the proper length.

Would somebody mind supplying a link to one they have ordered for this model?

Really appreciate it, need it replaced so I can get my truck inspected!!

Thanks frizzman. Yeah, that seems to be the only option other than Bosal exhausts, but I've read poor reviews on those. So you have this on your V6? How do you like it?

I had the non stainless walker it rotted off in two years. Your better off finding a custom exhaust shop in MA we have Lou's. I walked in described I wanted the quietest stainless muffler they had, they put in a big magnaflow and stainless exhaust routed the way I wanted for less than a cat back.

Thanks capetaco12. I'll look into some of the shops around here.

Mush Mouse, much thanks for the link, but I still don't see part #10 for the 2.7l?

I run the Walker Set Ups on both my 3.4 Engines .

If I get two winters in liquid brine I am happy simple and easy to change.

I've had my Walker for about 6 years now (seems OEM lasted the same). If you get the SS and have it installed make sure they fill out the warranty, it's a lifetime on the SS according to Walker's site.

OEM is also lifetime if you get it installed at the dealer I hear. But money is the only factor. $100 for the Walker compared to $400 for OEM :(
