Key problems

My radio won't turn off while engine is off and my key remotes are not working on 2016 tacoma

 

whats the dealership say?

 

They want me to drop off to them. I unplug battery now radio is off. Do you think batter in remotes are both dead after just 1 month of having truck?

 

I think you have electrical problems. Please let us know what the dealer finds and how he fixed it.

but to answer your questions, i don't think the batteries in the remote are dead.

 

You have two presses a light press turns off engine leaves radio on a hard press turns engine and radio off atleast thats how mine works

 

So I disconnected my positive cable to battery and truck sat over night. Got up in morning, to take truck to dealership hooked up battery. And everything worked. Took to dealership anyways and they said with out the problem they don't know what to do.
