6 inch rough country lift, body armor front and rear bumper, smittybilt winch

hey guys put some 295/70r18 on my truck which equal a 34 1/4 x 12r18 and get about 13-15mpg thinking about putting some new gears and in to help mpg does it help? Also have a converter out which I'm sure doesn't help
