I heard that, they are rebadging a couple of the cars as Toyota's though. The FRS with will the GT86 which I like, that is what is badged as in Japan.

It would be if you had a pick and pull near you. I don't...at least that has Toyotas in it. Yeah a guy over on t4r did a switch and used mostly used parts and did it on the cheap. Can't remember now for how much...but it was reasonable. One month grab 2 fenders...next lights...next radiator support...then a bumper and have at it! Yeah now it would have to be a crash for me. I've done HID's in my headlights, Shrockworks front bumper, and hood scoop. Insurance or another person would have to pay me now!

I don't think it's a deal breaker for anyone. Its just a cluster. Not even hard to modify to make it better. That sucks though, sounds like a nice rig.
Interesting. Weren't we the only market where Scion's a thing? As for the GT86, it's not just Japan. It's Europe as well. Would be interesting to see what else stays behind.

Yes Toyota made Scion to appeal to the 18-29 years olds..trying to get younger buyers interested in Toyotas brand. Unfortunately it didn't work...right now the demographics for Scion are 30-40 year olds...the same for new Toyotas. Back to the old drawings board!

Worked a little when they first came out. Problem is that that age demographic is the one thats hardest to sell to, partly because we're the poorest with college and just getting life started. The only thing they had going for them is that age is also full of impulsive buyers

I believe we were, I know the new CUV Scion is going to be a Toyota. Not sure what else will make.

That is true my sister bought a Scion and then life happened, now my 65yo dad is rocking an Xb lol. I told him he has a collector now.

You should be able to just refill the hose and top off the overflow. Just I
    Keep an eye on it.
Denver isn't as bad as Vince makes it sound. On off hours I can make it from the north side to the south side on i25 is
In less than half an hour. Littleton and Golden are pobably the best places to live. They have light rail there too.
The best places are off of i70 though... :p
When I first saw those I had nightmares... Lol

Yeah in the bay you have to be quick with those. I would have picked it up right away and not mess around. Was the perfect platform but wrong timing for me.

I actually did figure out my issue. I had relocated my blinker wires the day before and I guess they were grounding out the system. Totally forgot I had done that, but everything is fixed besides a dead battery...haha

Thanks for the info on the cover, seems much simpler than what I was going to do. I'll get that swapped tonight.

I remember reading that somewhere, likely on t4r. I'll look around for it to confirm

Looks like you had a good day. I'll bet it was nice out there on the ice with all that sunshine.

How big were those fish? The middle one looks better than 20".

It was a great day. The hike in and out was fun, but long. Post holing in snowshoes for the first time ever. The first 3 hours were gorgeous, then the wind came!

The big one is about 20" and a fat sucker. the smallest is around 15". I definitely want to go again!

I know! So worth it. It is so strange catching fish through the ice, can't see crap! I got about 6-7 big bites that if I was paying attention I could have had.

You're right. I'd do it again, but probably not as long a hike as my first time... we did 8 miles round trip and 1500 feet of elevation gain that time.

Ice fishing is it's own thing... totally different than open water. It'll get slow and you start daydreaming, drinking beer, snowball fighting, etc, then WHAM your rod goes down the hole. Not being able to see what's on the end of line is pretty cool, I think, because you don't know how big they are until they're right there peeking at you through the hole.

I hear you. RT was 6.5 miles with the same elevation change, up and down. Saw a ton of Elk which was cool too. The walk helps keep the crowds down, which is nice.

Next time will be shorter, with a windbreak, beer, food, and maybe a fire? lol

I may try Big Meadows or Shaw next.
