I'm local and interested. Would you also swap out the bed rails?

Yeah, your bed rails are cut for the cover to attach. Mine aren't so rather than having to cut mine I'd swap yours for mine and you'd have a clean set with no cuts on it. I'm guessing yours looks like the pic below?image (7).jpg

So we would just swap rails to make it better for both. Many guys have done it on here. Shouldn't take more than a couple of mins. and you truck will come out looking like the pic below.

    Hi guys.
Can anyone please tell me how I can take the side rails off. I want to swap those side rails but have no idea how can I do that.
    Thanks in advance.

The answer that I got from another TW member was to start at the front/cab and work your way back pulling up on the rails. They have tabs securing it to the cab that are apparently pretty sturdy.

Went by dealer, remove the inner fender liners on the back of the truck. At that point you can reach the clips and push them out without damage.

you can pull them out without damage pretty easy, just go slow. then the covers for the cover mounts pop off, two T-30 torx on each mount. take the 3 off each side, tro at the rear, the rubber grommet between bed back wall and sides pulls out. and done.

    and it's sold/traded.
