    Sup guys,

I just recently bought a 07 Tacoma with 75k miles on it.. It's super clean inside and out, even the underneath and engine bay. It looks like it may have been taken on a couple nice trails but never hard off roading. I didn't notice this until I rode in my friends Tacoma (same year and all) but his shifts gears a whole lot smoother than mine... You can hardly feel his change gears while mine has a sudden small jolt when shifting... Has anyone else had this problem and should I be concerned? Thanks

    Automatic or manual?

If automatic get the transmission fluid checked.

May even want to get it flushed and replace the fluid.

    What year was his?
They may very well shift different year to year, on account of different transmission control programs.

X2. At that mileage, I'd just have it flushed and replaced.
