Update: My order from this company arrived but the morons only sent me 2 of the hubrings. I'll see if they fix my problem when I install them tonight.

Well I tried the hub rings and they didn't fit properly. Found a local tire shop that had excellent online reviews and had my wheels/tires Road Force Balanced. NO MORE VIBES! It's nice having a smoothly running Tacoma again. :)

Mine vibrates for about 9 seconds and then stops. The timing is shorter or longer depending on how fast I am driving. I haven't even started looking into what might cause it. It's the weirdest thing though. At 60mph I counted about 9 seconds of wheel shake, followed by 9 seconds of smooth driving. It repeats this pattern over and over again. I have factory rims and aftermarket tires.

    Goood luck on yours.

Are your aftermarket tires larger than the stock ones? If so you might want to call a shop about the Road Force balance option.

Add me to the list. I have had this problem since installing aftermarket wheels. I have had them balanced four times and it still shakes randomly although not too bad now. It was horrible until the dealership balanced them. Now it's pretty minor but just enough to be annoying. I have been waiting until my 10,000 mile service to have them road force balanced. I might try some dyna beads first though.

Does your dealership even offer Road Force balancing? The morons at my Toyota dealership didn't even know what that was...

Might be wise to go with a reputable tire store in that situation.

Yeah they do. The first time they serviced my truck I asked about it and they said they don't do it unless it's needed. They didn't want to charge me if they could correct it with a regular spin balance. They got it about 90 percent corrected.

Discount tire is who installed my wheels and they messed up the balance three times, and I mean not even close, which is why I went to the dealership the fourth time.

    This!!!

I had issues for months, finally went to the dealer, had a road force done and brought in the TSB for the Haweka Adapter and it was the best $120 I have ever spent, truck rides great now.
