Just another reason all the second gen haters hate us so much. They even want our tail gates

also, Idk what these bumpers are about, either

According to the dimension changes I didn't think that was possible. Cool!

    Front bumper not so desirable

from the looks of it, they had to do some custom body work to the tailgate to get it flat at the top.

everyone has their own taste in mods, i think these tacomas look very clean.

    Source...or it was photoshopped.

So that means the rear camera connector is the same? Does that mean the slow drop tailgate still works? Paint code is the same between 2nd gen and 3rd gen?

    I call fake.

The beds are different heights, so it's either an aftermarket replica or photoshopped

Has to be photoshopped because the "lip" at the top of the third gen tailgaits isn't there, or they did a eally good job of cutting them both in half and putting them together.

As an outsider looking in, it's funny because all I see in the 3rd gen post are second gen owners. How many 3rd gen owners hang out in the second gen forums?

I'm just speaking in general. Lots of second gen owners on here think all these 3 gen owners are butt hurt but it seems to be the total opposite. 3rd gen people bought a 3rd gen because that's what they wanted. Seems a few 2nd gen owners are a little jealous they don't have a 3rd gen.

I owned a 1st gen and loved it. Traded it for a gay jeep then was gonna buy a second gen but just didn't like the feel nor the interiors or oversized headlights. Liked the frontier better so bought that. Then got rid of that for my f150, which I love but it's a little too big and they are expensive with terrible resale value. Because the midsize market is still slacking the only real competition right now is the Tacoma and the twins. Can't stand GM vehicles so it's buy a Tacoma, or wait for me
