How to win against stupid drivers:

Step 1: Install BAMF rock sliders
Step 2: Claim insurance on spray paint
    Step 3: Profit

Check that alignment on the rear end. I had someone hit my rear tire on a different truck. didn't touch the paint or anything, but had some parts to replace from damage to the leaves and shackle.

Thanks for the advice. I check it but the impact point was dead on the slider. Jerry does some fine welding!

I tried searching first, but couldn't find an answer, and didn't feel like reading through 100 pages of posts to find the answer.

On the bolt on sliders, are they sufficient to use a hi jack on, or do they need to be welded on for lifting the truck? Also, do you ship through fastenal?
    Thanks

at the beginning of this thread (page 1), there is a pic of some progressive sliders. I am assuming that means the back end is as wide as having the kick out, the front is the same width as normal, and it is 1 outer tube. Where is this option on the BAMF website? If it doesn't show on the website, what is the up charge for this option (80")? I swear I'm not blind, I just can't see anything.

Our standard sliders have a 1.5" taper towards the rear kick out sliders are a not a single tube for the outer rail.

What is the main purpose of the fill plates? Do they stop more rocks/snow/shit from hitting the truck? They sure look cool.

How much weight will they add to the slider?

They will block things from getting kicked up onto the body. The main thing is they add a flat surface to step on. They are about 10lbs each.

2 reasons why I ordered with fill plates, prevent my kid from snapping his leg when jumping out the truck (his a squirrely 4 year old) and I usually order every option whether I need or not...:humble:
