I noticed the other day that the lower portions of the black plastics are getting an odd texture and turning white.

The day I brought this truck home I put back to black on all plastics and have kept the truck clean, so I'm not sure what's causing it.

I just treated it again, and tried to scrub the white off, but it's a texture issue it seems

The texturing is also on the paint protective film in the same areas.

Try some 303 Aerospace Protectant on it and see if that might fix it. I had some slight "texturing" too and that fixed it.
