    Yep. It burns to the plate, but the meat is 5" above and fine. My plate looks like a perfectly seasoned piece of cast iron, once we scrape it.

    What temp does your warmer get to when cooking? How wide is your whole trailer i will need to plan this so i can fit it through my gate so my garage doesnt smell like bbq all the time. But my van would smell like it too hmmm decisions decisions
