I have to say I am surprised by the number of suggestions, and responses. I expected some "Wussy" comments and not much constructive thinking.
I have not done any tint before, so the info on the clear is interesting. My Sunglasses are anti-reflective, but they are like the aviator style, so no blocking at the temples. I may have to get the Goggles I see coming out of the retirement center. The post was equally intended between lense glare and heat on the head. I just figured that if I killed the Rays at the top of the window, it would take care of both. That nano ceramic film must be great for back of the head relief from the rear windows! I need to do a web education on that stuff.

When I was researching windows tinting I read that the UV protection from the factory wasn't very good. I didn't necessarily want to go darker on the back windows but I did want to increase the UV blocking. So I had the company put 50 on the back and I went with 22 on the front which I find a little dark at night. If I could go back I would do 30-35 on the fronts. My truck cools faster and seems cooler even after a hot day. I may even go back and get 50 on the front and cut the glare from the sport hood.
